Shipping Policy

At Beekman Bakes, we bake and ship once a week on Mondays to ensure the highest quality cookies and shortbreads arrive fresh at your door.

Orders must be placed by **3:00 PM on Sunday** to be included in the upcoming Monday bake and ship day. Any orders placed after the Sunday cutoff will be scheduled for the following week’s bake.

In our continued quest to create the highest quality cookies and shortbreads, we can only offer a limited quantity of **Beekman Dozens** each week. Once we sell out, ordering will temporarily close.

If we are sold out when you visit our shop, please check back on **Monday at 9:00 AM**, when ordering opens for the next week’s bake.

Because we are shipping fresh, perishable food items, it is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and ensure their **Beekman Dozen** is brought inside promptly after delivery. Beekman Bakes is not responsible for packages that are left outside, exposed to heat, weather, moisture, pests, theft, or other elements after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your Beekman Bakes delivery.
