Every Beekman Bakes cookie and shortbread is made to feel like a little luxury. We brown our butter slowly for rich, caramelized flavor, hand-mill select flours for an exceptional texture, and use imported vanilla and premium chocolates chosen for depth, balance, and indulgence. Baked in small batches and beautifully boxed, the Beekman Signature Dozen is made for treating yourself, celebrating someone special, or sending a gift that won’t be forgotten.
We produce only a limited number of Signature Dozens each week so every box receives the time and attention it deserves. Once the week’s batch sells out, ordering closes. New orders open every Monday, and quantities often go quickly—reserve your box early before this week’s bake is gone.

Live near Florida’s Suncoast? Find Beekman Bakes in person every weekend! We offer our full selection of homemade cookies and shortbreads at the Sarasota Farmers Market on Saturdays from 7 a.m.–1 p.m. and The Market at Lakewood Ranch on Sundays from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Shipping & Delivery
Freshness is at the heart of every Beekman Bakes box. We bake in small batches and ship only on Mondays, so your cookies and shortbreads leave our kitchen at their very best. Orders must be placed by6:00 p.m. Sundayto be included in that week’s bake. Orders received after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following Monday.

We believe exceptional cookies begin with exceptional ingredients. That’s why Beekman Bakes uses carefully selected premium ingredients, including rich browned butter, imported vanillas, and premium chocolates, to create the quality and flavor you can taste in every bite.
Your safety matters to us. We take food allergies seriously and follow careful cleaning, ingredient-handling, and preparation practices to help prevent allergen cross-contact. Because wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame are present in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of these allergens.
If you have any allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering—we’re always happy to provide complete ingredient lists and nutritional information upon request.
Returns & Refunds
At Beekman Bakes, every order is baked and shipped the same day whenever possible to ensure the freshest cookies arrive at your door.
Because our products are freshly baked, perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Beekman Bakes is not responsible for packages that are left outside, exposed to heat, weather, theft, pests, or mishandling after delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to bring your package inside promptly.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- There is visible damage to the inner product boxes, not just the exterior shipping box;
- The damage is documented with clear photos within 24 hours of delivery; and
- More than 50% of the product is damaged or unusable.
To request a review, please email us with your order number, delivery date, and photos of the damaged inner packaging and product. Each request will be reviewed individually.
We take great care in packing every order with love and intention, and we want your Beekman Bakes experience to be as sweet as possible.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
